Terms of Service
Welcome to Origo.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Origo Relationship Operating System ("Platform"). By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.
If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
1. About Origo
Origo is a cloud-based relationship operating system designed to help organizations capture, manage, measure, and report on relationships, introductions, activities, business development efforts, and opportunities.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to enter into agreements on behalf of yourself or your organization.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining accurate account information
- Protecting your login credentials
- Managing authorized users
- All activity occurring under your account
Notify Origo immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.
4. Subscription
Access to Origo is provided through paid subscription plans unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
5. Payment
Subscription fees are billed through Stripe.
You authorize Origo and Stripe to process recurring payments according to your selected billing plan.
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.
6. Customer Data
You retain ownership of all customer information, relationship records, opportunities, notes, and other content entered into Origo.
You grant Origo permission to securely store, process, and use this information solely for providing and improving the Platform.
Origo will never sell your business data.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer the Platform
- Copy the software
- Sell or sublicense the Platform
- Attempt unauthorized access
- Upload malicious software
- Violate applicable laws
- Access another customer's information
8. Intellectual Property
All software, branding, workflows, AI features, documentation, logos, trademarks, and source code remain the exclusive property of Origo.
9. Artificial Intelligence
Origo may provide AI-generated summaries, recommendations, reports, or insights.
These outputs are intended to assist users and should be independently reviewed before making business decisions.
10. Availability
While Origo strives for reliable service, uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.
Maintenance, updates, or technical issues may temporarily affect access.
11. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to protect confidential information exchanged during the business relationship.
12. Termination
Either party may terminate a subscription according to the applicable billing terms.
Following termination, customer data may remain available for export for a limited period as determined by Origo's retention policy.
13. Disclaimer
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available."
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Origo disclaims all implied warranties.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Origo's liability shall not exceed the subscription fees paid by the customer during the previous twelve months.
Neither party shall be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
16. Changes
Origo may update these Terms from time to time.
Material changes will be communicated to customers.
Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
