Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Origo ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. Origo, LLC ("Origo," "we," "us," or "our") provides this Service to you, subject to these terms.

2. Description of the Service

Origo is a relationship intelligence platform designed for Business Development professionals and leadership teams. The Service allows users to record relationships, track interactions, manage opportunities, and generate insights about relationship-driven growth.

3. Beta status

Origo is currently in beta. Features, functionality, and data handling practices may change at any time without notice. Beta access is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uptime, data persistence, or that any feature will remain available. Data you enter during the beta may be modified, reset, or deleted as the product evolves.

4. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to violate any applicable law, infringe intellectual property rights, transmit harmful code, interfere with the Service's operation, or access data you are not authorized to access. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to import, store, and process any contact or business information you add to Origo.

6. Intellectual property

Origo owns all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all software, designs, trademarks, and content provided by Origo. You retain ownership of the data you input into the Service. You grant Origo a limited license to host, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of operating the Service for you.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. ORIGO DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ORIGO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

10. Changes to terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email when practical.

11. Governing law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
