Origo, LLC ("Origo," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you use the Origo relationship intelligence platform ("the Service"). By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in this policy.

We collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, job title, organization, password, and any contact, company, opportunity, or activity data you choose to enter into the Service. We also collect usage information such as log data, device information, and interactions with the Service to help us improve the product.

We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve the Service; communicate with you about the beta and product updates; respond to support requests; understand usage patterns; and ensure the security of the Service. We do not sell your personal information or the business data you store in Origo.

4. Data you import

You may import contact, company, and related business information into Origo. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the appropriate rights and consents to import and process that information. Origo processes this data on your behalf and only uses it to provide the Service to you.

5. Data storage and security

Data is stored through our backend infrastructure provider (Lovable Cloud / Supabase). We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Sharing information

We do not share your information with third parties except as necessary to operate the Service (such as hosting and authentication providers), to comply with legal obligations, to protect our rights, or with your consent.

7. Cookies and analytics

The Service may use cookies and similar technologies to maintain sessions and understand usage. We do not use invasive tracking or advertising cookies. You can control cookie settings through your browser.

8. Your rights

The Service is not intended for children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us.
