Beta Tester Agreement

1. Beta program purpose

This Beta Tester Agreement ("Agreement") governs your participation in the Origo beta program. The beta program allows select users to access and test pre-release versions of the Origo relationship intelligence platform ("the Service") before general availability.

2. Acceptance

By signing up for or using the beta Service, you agree to this Agreement, the Origo Terms of Service, and the Origo Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not participate in the beta program.

3. Confidentiality

During the beta, you may access features, designs, and functionality that are not publicly available. You agree not to disclose, publish, or share information about non-public features, screenshots, or product details without Origo's prior written consent. This obligation does not apply to information that is already public or that you independently develop.

4. Feedback

You agree to provide feedback, suggestions, bug reports, and ideas about the Service ("Feedback") when requested or through channels we provide. You grant Origo a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and incorporate your Feedback into the Service or any other product, without compensation or attribution to you.

5. No compensation

Participation in the beta program is voluntary. You will not receive payment, equity, or other compensation for your participation or Feedback, unless otherwise agreed in writing by Origo.

6. Service disclaimers

THE BETA SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" FOR TESTING PURPOSES ONLY. ORIGO DOES NOT GUARANTEE UPTIME, DATA PERSISTENCE, PERFORMANCE, OR THAT ANY FEATURE WILL BE INCLUDED IN THE FINAL PRODUCT. DATA YOU ENTER DURING THE BETA MAY BE LOST, MODIFIED, RESET, OR DELETED WITHOUT NOTICE.

7. Term and termination

The beta program continues until Origo ends it, releases a generally available version, or terminates your access. Origo may suspend or terminate your beta access at any time, with or without cause or notice. You may stop participating at any time by discontinuing use of the Service.

8. Relationship to other terms

This Agreement supplements, and does not replace, the Origo Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. In the event of a conflict, this Agreement controls with respect to beta-specific matters.
